Euan Allison
UK Group Managing Director
Euan
Allison joined Foresters in May 1994 and was appointed Group
Managing Director, UK on June 1, 2006. In this role, Euan leads a
team of more than 120 Field Staff and around 70 Head Office staff,
serving over 200,000 Foresters members in the UK.
Upon joining Foresters in 1994, Euan was responsible for launching
the UK financial services sales force. In 1999, he became Managing
Director of Forester Life (and later of Forester Health), playing a
major role in the strategic and operational changes that have
contributed to the success of the U.K. operations.
Euan's experience in the financial services industry stretches over
30 years, with particular expertise in the areas of sales and
marketing, customer service, training and development, and
compliance. He began his career with London & Manchester
Assurance at the age of 18, taking his Chartered Insurance exams,
and going on to hold many senior positions in the company's field
force and head office, culminating with his appointment as
Assistant General Manager in charge of the direct sales
force.
Euan is a supporter of children's causes including the Full Stop
programme, sponsored by the National Society for Prevention of
Cruelty to Children (NSPCC); the Association of Children's
Hospices; and cot death research.
