Why has my child been allocated a CTF Account with
Forester Life?
As your child’s CTF
voucher has expired, the Government has automatically opened a CTF
account on their behalf. Forester Life is one of a limited number
of CTF providers approved by the Government for allocated
accounts.
The Forester Life CTF
Plan is a stakeholder account which meets national stakeholder standards for straightforward,
low-cost, risk-controlled products.

What do I have to do?
Read the booklet
which we will automatically send to you. This explains all about
the Forester Life CTF Plan. Then, complete and return the
Registered Contact application to us.
Until we receive a
fully completed Registered Contact’s Application we will send any
correspondence about this Plan to the name and address supplied to
us by HM Revenue & Customs.

What is a
Registered Contact?
The Registered
Contact is the person responsible for giving instructions about the
management of the child’s Plan. Normally this will be a parent, or
another person with responsibility for the child, but must be aged
16 or more.
When the child
reaches age 16 only they can be the Registered Contact.

Can I contribute to the Plan?
To give your child a
real financial head start you should supplement the Government
contributions to this Plan. Friends, family and anyone else can
also make payments.
All subscriptions are
gifts to the child and cannot be reclaimed by the donor.
