Foresters sponsored Raft Race at Portishead, Bristol on
11th July 2010
"Emma Seward was delighted to be asked to take part in the new
film being made to promote the valuable work of Foresters.
Although a little nervous at first, Marisa Beaumont-Conway, the
friendly experienced Producer, soon made her feel relaxed and Emma
enjoyed filming the interview which took place at the lakeside.
After the interview Emma joined the Foresters first team
in the raft race. Other members of the team were Steve
Dillworth, Trevor (Branch President) and Lathan Mota (production
assistant). They finished about 16th out of 39 teams with a
time of 5 minutes and 15 seconds."

Beaulieu Motor Museum - Saturday 19 June 2010
A coach of current and new members travelled
to the Motor Museum at Beaulieu.
The weather was very kind to us which meant we all had the
opportunity to enjoy ice creams as we walked around the various
motor exhibits, ride on the monorail, walk through the Victorian
gardens, ride in a simulator and on an open-top bus.
We were also entertained by several hot-rod cars which had
gathered together before setting off for a drive through the New
Forest.
Two recent events were greatly enjoyed by everyone who
attended, namely the Malvern Spring Garden
Show and the Lunch and Theatre outing at
The Mill at Sonning.
