Welcome to Members of Leofric.
Hi Everyone,
As this is the first News Letter \ blog of
the year, may we wish you all a Happy New Year. Why not join us at
one of our Sunday Lunches or theatre trips, you will be most
welcome. We are also looking at other local theatres, including
amateur and may well arrange a visit for the coming months. So, do
check the web site for updates.
Our chosen charities this year is Myton
Hospice and the local Air Ambulance. Why not join our team to help
us raise some funds.

Poetry Pals and Creative Critters!
Art and Poetry Competition for Young
Foresters
Foresters aged between the ages of 4-18 can take part and its
FREE to enter! You can submit a picture, poetry or both and the
theme for this year's competition is 'Go Green'.
There will be a winner and 3 runners-up in each age
group. £30 of WHSmith vouchers for the winners and £10 for each of
the runners-up.
It's easy to enter - simply download and
complete the entry form here, indicating which
category your Young Forester will be entering.
When your child's art and/or poetry is complete, you simply need
to send this in with the completed entry form to the competition
address shown on the entry form.
The closing date for all entries is 30 September
