This year the Regional Council’s Dinner Dance will be on
Saturday 25th September at Calcot Hotel, 98, Bath Road,
Reading, Berkshire. RG31 7QN. This is just off the M4 and not
far for some retail therapy in Reading.
We have kept the cost the same as last year at
£26.00 for a three course meal with tea/coffee & mints for
members and partners, and £29.00 for guests.
We have booked The Kennet & Avon Suite and
the time of the event will be 6.45 for 7.15pm. The menu will be
sent to you at a later date.
We have negotiated Foresters bedrooms rates at
£65.00 for a double room and £55.00 for single rooms to include
breakfast in both cases. Please book these directly with the hotel,
mentioning the Forester’s Dinner Dance to get this special
rate.
