Welcome to Members of Roman Way.
We will be holding our AGM at our Branch
meeting on Wednesday 14 January 2009 at The Tudor Court Hotel,
Kineton Green Road, Solihull, commencing 8.00pm.
I wish to thank all the members who have
helped to run the Branch over the past two years of my Presidency
and also the members who have supported them by attending the
events that they have organised.
We always need new volunteers who are
willing to give up one night a month to attend our business
meetings where our social and charity events are discussed.
Over the weekend of 10-12 October, the
delegates for Roman Way attended the Forester’s Convention at
Warwick University. The Officers for the Regional Council were
elected and also the Delegates for the Convention in Canada next
year. For me the day was filled with hope and enthusiasm. The
Financial experts from Canada stated that the Foresters were
financially stable to the sum of at least three times the capital
legally required to cover all claims. Great news in this uneasy
financial climate. Also membership is growing at a steady rate.
