Christmas Sunday Lunch

Turkey Dinner Branch President Bill Hughes said that “The Park House Hotel Shifnal has been a resounding success as our new venue for our Christmas Lunch!”

Over 70 members and guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and wholehearted agreed with Bill’s comments. The 16^th December was certainly a day that people would remember for excellent food, good company and a successful venue.

After the delicious lunch there was a Raffle £146.00 in aid of our charities Hope House Children’s Hospice and Three Counties Air Ambulance

However the highlight of the event was when our Forester Scholarship Winner - John Beresfordwas presented with his certificate. John is off to Oxford and we wish him well.
