Branch Meetings
Our branch meetings are held on the
3rd Wednesday of every month at 8pm. At the Aldeborough
Room, Fullwell Cross Library, Barkingside, Essex.
All members are very welcome to
attend.
Haven House Collections
Haven House Children’s
Hospice provides short-term respite care for children from birth to
19 yeas with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.
It takes £1.5m for each year to continue to
provide this free service to children within Essex and North
London. For this they mostly rely on the support of the
community.
Many members of Sycamore have supported
Haven House over a number of years – they 
would like some more
volunteers to help them collect funds at various local venues
during 2008.
Even if you can only spare an hour you’ll be
helping to make a real difference to the lives of those children
and their families.

Forthcoming Dates for your Diaries
We hope this year to take the children to a pantomime at The
Kenneth More Theatre in Ilford - date to be confirmed.

50th Anniversary Dinner
Dance. Sycamore is 50 years old in 2009 and we are
planning to hold
a Dinner Dance at the M P (Chigwell) Sports Club.
