Welcome to Members of Wey Valley
Hello everyone! I hope you all enjoyed
the warm weather while we had it. It was nice to meet some of
you at our events especially the boat trip and Kneller Hall.
There are still places available on the coach for the Lord Mayor’s
Show on 13th November. Don’t forget this is free to members
and if you want, you could use it just to enjoy
London. Fireworks on the embankment at 5.00p.m. The
coach returns soon afterwards.
Also, there is our Annual Dinner Dance at the Lismoyne Hotel, Fleet
on 26th November and this is heavily subsidised at
£15.00 for members. Full details of both
are on the events pages.
Of course, we would love to see you at our Branch Meetings held on
the fourth Thursday of every month (except December, when it is the
2nd Thursday). I know that some of you don’t like to get too
involved but the meetings are a great opportunity to make your
views heard. You will be very welcome.
