Regional Council Dinner Dance

This promises to be a great evening. Good food with dancing and meeting friends from all over the Regional Council of London and Southern England area.

 

We have a special deal with the hotel if you wish to stay for the weekend. The retail therapy in nearby Reading is all the ladies could wish for!

Coach Trip to London to see Lord Mayor's Show

 

CoachSunday 13 November 2010, Coach leaves branch area around 8.30am, leaving Victoria embankment to return approximately 6.00pm.

Wey Valley Members - coach FREE. Non-Forester guests £5.00

 

Enjoy the Lord Mayor’s show parade (one of the finest in the world) or enjoy the capital as you wish. There is a fine firework display, from a barge on the Thames, which may be viewed from Victoria Embankment, at 5.00pm.

We will be staying in the 4 star Hotel Portes Palace, which has its own beach, an indoor & outdoor swimming pool & fitness centre. All rooms have private facilities including TV, telephone, fridge, radio, safe, hairdryer and a balcony or veranda.

 

There is one included and three optional excursions. The weather in May should be in the low 70’s.

 

This is very good value & should be as interesting & relaxing as you wish to make it.
