Wetherby Whaler now its time to get some exercise!
We have arranged for a badminton court, table
tennis, skittles, carpet bowls if we can find some carpet bowls and
for the more energetic Rock Climbing.
This will be a good opportunity to get
together and help each other to get fitter.

Viking Festival and York Dungeons

Museum Gardens Preparing for Battle 11am-4pm
Anglo Saxon and Viking Warriors prepare for battle against
Normans. Delve into the darkest chapters of York’s history
with special effects and shows transporting you back to those
bleakest times. Are you brave enough? On the night there is a
Battle Light and Sound Spectacular. Entertainment from 4.45pm
until 5.45pm when the Battle commences, the Anglo Saxons and the
Vikings confront the Normans in a spectacular battle. Tickets can
be prebooked at Adults £6.50; Concessions £4.50
