Branch Meetings

 

Branch meetings will be held at the Vauxhall Social Club, Rivacre Road, Ellesmere Port.

 

All members will receive a warm welcome.

Election of Officers

 

Branch Officers are due for election in December 2008

 

The positions up for election are

1.      Branch President

2.      Branch Secretary

3.      Branch Treasurer

 

Any member who wishes to stand for one of these positions

Should put forward their name to the EDITOR, with the name of a proposer and seconder, Before Tuesday 11^th of November 2008. If possible.

 

Any person wishing to nominate another person for one of these positions may do so, providing the person named has agreed to stand. Again there should be a seconder. send their names to the EDITOR before the 11^th of November 2008,

 

Nominations will be accepted from the floor on the night of the election if necessary.

Any member nominated MUST be present at the meeting on Tuesday the 9^th December 2008.
